3. Legal Basis & Purpose of Processing

We process personal data only when we have a legal basis, for example:

  • Execution of contract (providing consultancy services).

  • Legitimate interests (improving our website, fraud prevention).

  • Compliance with legal obligations (tax, audits).
    We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

4. Data Sharing & Third Parties

We do not sell or rent your personal data.
We may share data with:

  • Mollie (payment processor) — only the minimum required information for processing payments.

  • Technical service providers (hosting, security, analytics) under strict confidentiality & contract.

  • Relevant legal or regulatory authorities, when required by law.

If we transfer data outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
Data within Mollie or other service providers outside EEA will be protected by equivalent measures.

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for the purposes collected or to comply with legal obligations (e.g. tax, accounting).
When data is no longer needed, we will securely delete or anonymize it.
