By accessing www.unusual.consulting and using our services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

1. Services

We provide visa consultancy, advisory services, training, document preparation, and related digital products.
The exact scope, deliverables, timeline and fees are defined in the individual contract or service order.

2. Payment & Pricing

  • All payments are processed via Mollie Payments and subject to Mollie’s terms.

  • Prices are in EUR and may include VAT where applicable.

  • You must provide valid payment information. Failure to pay may delay or cancel services.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • You must supply truthful, accurate and complete information.

  • You agree to provide all necessary documents or cooperation for us to perform services.

  • You are responsible for legal compliance in your own country.

4. Service Commencement & Performance

  • Services begin once the contract is signed (or via acceptance) and payment received (unless otherwise agreed).

  • Timelines are estimates and may change due to external delays (e.g. visa offices, government agencies).

5. Limitation of Liability

  • Our role is consulting; we do not guarantee visa approval or positive decisions.

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages or loss of profits.

  • Our liability cap is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service (unless otherwise required by law).

6. Termination

  • Either party may terminate if the other materially breaches these Terms and fails to remedy within 14 days of notice.

  • Termination does not relieve you of obligations already incurred (e.g., for completed services).

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our site (text, logos, videos, documents) is owned by us or licensed to us.

  • You may not copy, distribute or republish without permission.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • Disputes shall be resolved via Dutch courts or arbitration as agreed.

9. Modifications

We may modify these Terms & Conditions; we’ll post changes on the site. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
