Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Refunds (İadeler)

  • Refunds are possible only if the service has not begun (no consulting session, no document prep).

  • You must submit refund request via email to refunds@unusual.consulting within 30 days of payment.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within a reasonable processing time (e.g. 14 business days, depending on Mollie).

  • We do not issue refunds for digital products (videos, guides, e-books) once downloaded or accessed.

2. Cancellations

  • You may cancel prior to service start by notifying us in writing (email).

  • After service commencement (e.g. consulting started, document work begun), cancellation does not entitle you to refund.

  • If partial services have been delivered before cancellation, we reserve the right to charge for those portions.

3. Exceptions & Disputes

  • In exceptional cases (force majeure, government restrictions), we may offer credit or alternative arrangements rather than refund.

  • Disputes over refund decisions will be handled in accordance with Dutch law.
